We started the recruitment process along the way to ensure that the right people were hired for the correct positions. Our family has grown to include nearly 900 people who are committed to delivering solar solutions that surpass your expectations.

Bret Biggart, the CEO of Freedom Solar, recognized a need for solar energy in his hometown, Austin, Texas, over ten years ago.
Adrian Buck was the result of his search. A partnership dedicated to craftsmanship and service that puts people first flourished. Since we began in 2004, we have built a solid reputation as a leader, an educator, and a company that is committed to integrity.
The adoption of solar by our customers over the past 15 years has had a significant impact on the environment. We are also seeing benefits on a national level.
In August 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act will be passed. It extended the Solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for ten years and increased it to 30%. The federal government’s recognition of the benefits of alternative energy shows how Americans are becoming more environmentally conscious.

Solar arrays installed by us since 2007 have helped customers save $745.850,000 in utility costs over the lifetime of their solar system. The environmental impact of these installations helps to avoid over 1.7 million pounds of CO2.
What is the difference? The homes are powered by renewable energy rather than fossil fuel electricity. This is the equivalent of taking 167,055 vehicles off the roads or planting 12,819.781 trees.

In addition to offering many solar jobs, we hired technicians, customer service representatives, and back-office personnel in order to meet the increasing demand for solar power.

Matthew, Customer Accounts Manager, and Team Lead said: “I studied Energy and Environmental Engineering over five years.” While I am familiar with fossil fuels and carbon-based fuels, I think renewables are a key source of clean energy that will propel our world toward a cleaner future.
